Characterized and Calibrated Radar Data Now Available for TRACER Campaign
Radar data collected during the TRacking Aerosol Convection interactions ExpeRiment (TRACER) have undergone calibration, correction, and quality control processes beyond ARM’s standard quality checks and corrections.
MOSAiC Doppler Lidar Motion Correction VAPs Now in Production
These value-added products are specifically designed for the 2019–2020 Multidisciplinary Drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) expedition, which involved the deployment of a Doppler lidar and other ARM instruments on an icebreaker.

New data are available from Alaska, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas. More samples are currently being collected in Tasmania for analysis.
New Aerosol Optical Depth Data Available for TRACER Campaign
The Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) value-added product derived from 7-channel multifilter rotating shadowband radiometer (MFRSR) measurements reports cloud-screened AOD from the direct normal irradiance measured by MFRSRs at ARM’s ground-based sites.
Large-Scale Forcing Data Released for SAIL Campaign
Scientists can use the VARANAL value-added product from the Surface Atmosphere Integrated Field Laboratory (SAIL) campaign to drive single-column models, cloud-resolving models, and large-eddy simulation models for different cloud and convective systems.
Improved Broadband Radiation Data Available From ARM Fixed Sites
New c2-level data from the Data Quality Assessment for ARM Radiation Data (QCRAD) product are available for all three of ARM’s fixed-location atmospheric observatories.
